Whole-person well-being. Built around real people.
EMERGE WELL believes well-being is shaped by work, health, life stage, relationships, stress, financial circumstances, belonging, access, and environment. We do not reduce people to a single class, app, or program.
People bring their whole lives to work.
Health, money, caregiving, relationships and the work itself all affect one another. That is why we start with understanding before recommending any single program.
For organizations, our approach follows six steps.
- 1
Listen
Listen to the organization's context, priorities and employee experience.
- 2
Assess
Understand workforce needs, current resources, utilization and relevant financial considerations.
- 3
Design
Build a coordinated strategy that fits the people, priorities and resources available.
- 4
Deliver
Coordinate appropriate expertise, communications and implementation within the agreed scope.
- 5
Measure
Establish appropriate indicators for participation, employee experience, program spending and performance.
- 6
Refine
Use feedback and findings to adjust the approach as needs change.
